These terms apply when you visit getnodexa.com, use Nova or send a project inquiry. Nodexa is an independent studio operated by Lalida Pimpa in Thailand.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Nodexa, review our work and contact us about a possible project. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse Nova, submit unlawful material or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service.
Information and Nova
Website content and Nova responses are general information, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not send passwords, payment details or highly sensitive information through Nova or the contact form.
Inquiries and quotations
Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Timelines, pricing and availability are confirmed only in a written proposal or service agreement. A quotation remains subject to its stated scope, assumptions and validity period.
Project agreements
Each accepted project uses a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, responsibilities, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, changes, support and termination. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement controls for that project.
Intellectual property
The Nodexa name, logo, website design, original text, graphics and demonstrations are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share links to the website, but may not copy, republish, sell or create misleading derivative use of its content without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
External services and links
The website may link to third-party platforms or use providers such as Vercel, Anthropic, Resend and Supabase. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers. Nodexa is not responsible for an external website after you leave getnodexa.com.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nodexa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by reliance on website content, an AI response or temporary website unavailability.
