Nodexa is based in Thailand and works with clients worldwide. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, selected service and any company name you choose to provide. When you use the Nova chat assistant, we collect the messages you send and Nova's replies. If you choose to share your name and email in the chat, we use them to create a project inquiry for our team. We may also receive basic technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and request time, for security and reliable delivery.
How we use your information
We use the information to understand your inquiry, assess whether Nodexa can help, reply to you, prepare project discussions and keep reasonable business records. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Service providers and international processing
Contact form submissions and Nova chat leads are delivered through Resend. Chat messages are processed by Anthropic so Nova can answer your questions and identify contact details you intentionally share. Hosting, security and email providers may also process limited information on our behalf. Because we work worldwide, information may be processed outside Thailand where our service providers operate. We share only what is reasonably needed to provide these services.
How long we keep information
We generally keep contact inquiries for up to 24 months so we can follow up and maintain business records. Information connected to an active client relationship may be kept longer when needed for the project, legal obligations or dispute resolution. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably required.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. Our hosting and security providers may use essential technologies or server logs to operate, protect and measure the reliability of the site. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and use the information to understand aggregate site usage.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
